Thank you!
Our committee would like to express our thanks to Commissioner Long for providing
priority to putting us back into the County Road Maintenance Program. Sunchase was immediately
put in for resurfacing (which started August 25th).
Commissioner Long has been given word that other roads in our District
will be evaluated within the next six months.
The road maintenance is the first favorable milestone
towards presenting Cedar Park with a better cost position for annexing the District.
There will be much more in the near future about possible District annexation scenarios and favored plan objectives.
Thank you for your patience while this improvement
to the District evolves.

future dates, times and locations of all future meetings.
Amenities to the District residents

application form for additional information:
Fences and Columns
The concrete fence and columns along Cypress Creek Rd,
Anderson Mill Rd, Zeppelin Dr, Sunchase Blvd, and adjacent to the Austin
Community College campus are the property of the Ranch at Cypress Creek
Municipal Utility District No 1 (the "District"). Any removal of
the fence or columns to allow access to private property must be done
by the District. Please contact one
of your board members if you need to arrange to have work done.
Please do not do any work involving the fence or columns yourself.
