The Ranch at Cypress Creek board is committed to a "green" philosophy toward landscaping and maintenance of the District's common areas and facilities, and to being advocates of its residents' taking the same approach with their personal property. For the past four years, the District's entrances, roadsides, parks, and greenbelts have been maintained using TexaScapes's Greener Grounds Maintenance principles. This approach keeps the soil and plants healthy and pests under control with the environment - and people - in mind.

We will be using this website to provide more information to residents regarding the District's activities and ways in which they can participate in this commitment to environmentally responsible lawn, garden, and landscape care.

Recycling Guidelines

The District's contract with Al Clawson Disposal, Inc. provides for recycling services. They have provided us with these guidelines on recycling. Please look this over and recycle everything you can!
